What is Gluten?

A gluten free diet is a diet that strictly excludes gluten – which is a mixture of proteins found in wheat, rye and barley. This is seen in most cereals, breads and grains. Gluten is the only protein found in food that is completely indigestible.

Why I reduced Gluten

One of the reasons I have reduced gluten from my diet (not removed it) is because of the difference this has made to my skin. My skin has become less inflamed and reducing this has relieved it. Also, if you suffer from eczema going gluten free can relieve symptoms.
